Arbitration

The arbitration case managers administer domestic and international arbitrations in Italian, English and French, giving assistance to parties, counsel and arbitrators during the entire proceeding. All of them speak at conferences, seminars and training courses and also draft articles and essays on arbitration.

Sara Forni
Qualified lawyer, Sara is in charge of the arbitration team since 2016. She graduated in law from the Carlo Cattaneo University, Castellanza, and has been working for CAM since 2005, involved in both the mediation and arbitration services. Before working in CAM, she practiced as a lawyer in Milan.

Laura Barison
Qualified lawyer, Laura has started working for CAM in 2022. She graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan with a thesis on the granting of the appeal against an arbitral award.
benedetta coppo Benedetta Coppo
Graduated in Law from the University of Milan, Benedetta has been working for CAM since 2001. After being in charge of the arbitration team until 2013, from 2014 she is in charge of the CAM branch in Rome.
marina nitrola Marina Nitrola
Qualified lawyer, Marina has been case manager at CAM since 2009. She graduated in Law from La Sapienza University, Rome, with a comparative thesis on taking of evidence in international arbitration. Before working in CAM, she interned at other arbitral institutions and practiced as a lawyer in Milan.
